Having seen Joe B in concert and Glenn within the space of a month, then BCC2 could be awesome!
-
Well Guys
You missed a treat - Joe was AWESOME - great sounds, great band, great lights, great show. This guy can play, 2-1/4 hours with no support, not bad for a freebie!
if you get the chance go and see him.
Roll on BCC tour! -
My wife is not well enough to go - heavy cold - so I have a spare ticket for Glasgow tonigt.
If you want to join me - then let me know thur here by 4.00pm and we'll make arrangements!! -
Just won tickets to see Joe in Glasgow tonight - awesome - can't wait!!!
-
John, I was there in front of the steps styage centre.
The sound started off great and then got muddy towards the end. Sail Away was the highlight for me - awesome!!!
G, thanks for finally hitting Scotland. But I have a feeling he will not be back unless with BCC. -
John
See you there! -
OLS is getting plenty of air play on Planet Rock!
Look forward to the rest of the album when it come sout! -
Wolfy

I am sure we can find a good pub to meet at before hand! -
Yes folks, my tickets for Glasgow have arrived, so can't have been dreaming!!!!!!!
-
Tickets ordered for me and Lyn for Glasgow................just need to find a descent pub for a drink before the gig to meet...........will it be a rock show/ funk n rock.................tracks from Trapeze, Purple, Hughes/Thrall, solo, Sabbath, Iommi/Hughes perhaps some stuff like I was made to love her (Stevie Salas Electric Pow Wow).......who knows, who cares, papa is visiting Scotland!!!!!!!
-
Tickets just ordered for me and Lynn, just need to find a good pub nearby before the gig to meet members of the GHCPSS or Glenn Hughes Crazy People Scottish Section (with a nod to grace in NY!!!!!)
-
Am i dreaming..............a date in Scotland (potentially).........will I wake up and it find it has been a nightmare..............here's hoping.
I shalld efinitely be at Glasgow - see you all there, or maybe we should meet in a pub first. Ive met Weissheim before, so how about it?
yeeehaaaar! -
Hi One and All
48 years young and thanks for the best wishes.
Wolfy, as for the Scotlan/ North Eat gigs, I am now playing the patience game and hope that G will head north of Bradford!!
All well in North Berwick although it has been very, very, very cold!! -
Well, as there is talk of a tour in 2010 I would liek to echo the comment of a FULL UK tour tather than London, Wolverhampton and AN Other.
Glenn, its time to hit Scotland or at least Newcastle again with a damn funky band playing a full set covering a track from each album (including pre-solo).
here 's is hoping......................... -
Nice to see John Lawton/ Pete Golaby / Bernie Shaw get a mention (all ex/current Uriah Heep).
How about............
Terry Slessor Wilson - Beckett/ Crawler singer
Kvein Cronin - REO Speedwagon - just check out You can Tune a Piano, Nine Lives and the Live - You get What You Play For albums.
John Sloman - Lone Star (ex Heep) Firing On All Six is awesome with him on vocals
Corey Glover - Living Colour singer
Thats all I can think of. -
Obviously a mjor fall out with Pat Thrall.
Ah well, at leat we have H/T1, which is an all time classic. -
given such activity in the UK, surely some more dates could be added around the GH Weekend, taking in places Papa did nt play last time - like SCOTLAND!!!!!
-
To my 2 favourite American GH Crazy people, may thanks for teh mesages as I hit the ripe old age of 47!!!!!!
Life is good, having had a fab christams and now back in my proper clubhouse following a torturous refurbishment!!
Heres to a good year and especially a visit north of Bradford by PAPA - YOU KNOW IT MAKES SENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
