Thank you lioness and for the link - will watch that some time tomorrow. And thanks for the nudge regarding the DP book!
... and geosoulberlin ... thanks for the Visconti book link too. Read a lot of Bolan stuff over the years because I was a MASSIVE fan. This book does look really interesting
Can't speak for the young sprog Beiber, but love Lady Gaga ... though she's a lot more to do before writing her autobiography!?

I will so look forward to reading this book when the paperback is out there. In the meantime, I've been told that Keith Richards' book is awesome so will be buying that at the weekend. Any of you read that one? Can you recommend any other autobiographies (the only thing I do read really)? My favourite read (still) is Nikki Sixx' The Heroin Diaries.

... which reminds me trapezoid - this issue of Classic Rock is on its way to you. It's a great review too!

I've just received an extremely heartfelt message from geosoulberlin, a new young lady on the forum, about my recent cancer surgery. You will never know just how much your private message meant to me Heidi - you don't know me but made the effort to find out about me ... my faith on here is restored.
God bless you sweetheart x -

Finally... somebody who dared to ask a few questions on a more personal basis
Cadbury's over Belgian chocolate? Ah yes, I fully agree to that
So Glenn is not allowed into the kitchen. Didn't he once say that Tommy did the best steaks for him?He did a kitchen 'thingy' with Chad a few years back if I remember rightly. Wasn't that on US television?

Your parcel is most definitely in the post
Keep on rockin' n' rollin' on your special day Kevin.

Hey all,
I'm probably the only one, but I'd love it if Glenn did an audiobook version of his book on CD. I mean, come on, read by The Man himself? I'd be the first to buy it!
What do others think? -

Thanks for the link; aged 7 when she started. Not bad, eh?
I only ever sang in a band way back when, and the closest I got to playing (acoustic) guitar was when I was 16. I had no patience then and thought I could just pick it up and play like Cat Stevens ... more like an alley cat.
I'll just watch the experts instead
