Thanks David! Lonely Planet is a very cool song that the Dorians band build nicely. Great to see them getting more exposure! I wish them the best of fortune in the finals on May 16th !

I will miss Alvin - may he Rest In Peace. Pulling out my old vinyls of his to reflect on the times that have past.

I believe the numbers (1,9,17) represent the tracks in groups of 8. I believe in 1975, the Rolling Stones Mobile recording studio had 24 tracks and the configuration was in groups of 8 tracks (when the mobile was constructed, it started with 16 tracks). Now, I'm not sure if the grouping made it easier for track bouncing or reducing bleed on the reel-to-reel recorder (2 inch - 24 track) or was this a preference and how the track meters were stacked (1-8, 9-16, 17-24). Lioness, you have peaked my interest to look this up in some of my 'old' recording books! Thanks.

I gotta agree with the Soulfully Live being my favorite GH Live album. But, they are all good in their own way. I do gotta say I really dig Live Over Europe by BCC - it Rocks !!!

Welcome Schpitty - I like your avatar !...but, you put a pin in my party pig - I ordered the 'Soulfully Live' DVD from Russia and was excited to get it, since I love the CD!
But, I don't mind static camera takes, as long as they are in focus and somewhat close up ! -

It will be interesting to see if Glenn's involvement is an interview ... or ... is he giving a try at Acting ?

I get the 'feeling' that Glenn's working on something for the movie industry. In the last week Glenn's mentioned the word 'film' and 'cinematic' in separate tweets. He met with Jason Bonham and Paul Geary on Friday. Today, Jason mentioned he's excited because he just worked with Hans Zimmer...
Well I know it's been a long time since i last posted but it's worth it in my mind . Just worked with Hans Zimmer !

Thanks lioness, we'll see what's on the horizon with Roberts recent hint that he may be available in 2014 ...wishful thinking ...or...possibly for a reunion tour ?
Even Jason tweeted -I just watched Roberts interview , where he says he's free in 2014 !!!!!! Not sure how to read it ? What do you think ? JB
