There's some great reviews all giving it 5 stars on Amazon and it's selling well on there.
As i look (Sunday 1pm 6th November) the standard cd is No.1 in the Hard Rock chart and the deluxe is No.14

I'll still be at Hard Rock Hell with a bunch of GH Crazies so will wear my USA tour shirt with pride - especially when Living Colour appear!!
Glenn has been replaced by Ginger Wildheart and he's doing two sets, one as Hey Hello and then as himself in Glenn's slot. -
-
David, is Glenn still appearing at HRH in Wales?
-
-
Ordered deluxe from WowHD too and they've emailed to say shipped yesterday so should have it soon
-
-
just wondering where people in the UK are ordering the cd from?
Amazon want over £17 + £1.99 postage for the deluxe version but it's £14.99 on HMV and £12.38 on WOWHD (used to be cdwow), both including shipping! -

Living Colour are still appearing at Hard Rock Hell so i'll get to see them after all!

Gutted about missing Living Colour as been a big fan for years but Stone Broken are getting a fair bit of airplay here so looking forward to seeing them.
I presume Living Colour off the HRH line up now? -

Love it!
Annoyingly, only the mp3 download is available on preorder on amazon uk.
love the google translation of the Japanese siteQuoteGlenn (vocals / bass) support the Soren Andersen (guitar), Pontus-Engubori (drums), beyond the range of Lucky Dolly (keyboard) is also just a backup, to show off a play that became a hot rock masses.
Lucky Dolly indeed! -

A reliable source told me the set list will change quite a bit due to Lachlan joining on keys

chip wolfysmith you here yet?
Sorry Tony, didnt go on this site while in Chicago - was just so busy!
Saw both shows with Chip and spent the whole of the Friday in between with Glenn and co acting as tour guide round the city. Hopefully i'll have time to post a full review etc over the weekend. only got back yesterday afternoon and back at work now with jet leg. -

If that's true about November then should have it out for the UK and Europe dates!

WOW! What can I say. Epic in every way.
Ritchie was right when he said Ronnie Romero was the real deal. A cross between Dio and Mercury with a bit of Coverdale.
Plus they did an acoustic version of Soldier of Fortune and added BURN to the encore, neither of which were done in Germany.
I was 7 rows from the front right in the centre so could see how much RB was enjoying himself.
This review in the Birmingham Mail says it all

yeah, I realised that after posting! I was thinking more of the power ballad JLT songs such as Street of Dreams, Cant Let You Go and Stone Cold.

Mostly positive!

Planet Rock say Blackmore has said these 3 shows were to see if there was still a demand from the fans but most importantly if he could still play them and do the songs justice to his own standards.
Plenty of youtube video already of both German shows and Ronnie sounds great to me, especially on the Dio numbers. He doesn't have a ballad voice and im wondering if that's why no JLT era songs.
I'll be at Birmingham on Saturday so will hopefully post a review next week -

Wolverhampton is a definite and I won tickets for Friday and Saturday at HRH in Wales so will get to see you again Mr Spencer. Martin and Marie will also be there as we are staying onsite together.
Might also do Leamington as seen Glenn there before, a good venue, not too far and its the opening night.
Usually do Manchester and a weekend stopover in Cambridge will appeal to the wife.
I'm also flying out for Glenn's Chicago shows so its going to be a great year gig wise as Blackmore is on the horizon too in a few weeks. -
-
After what happened last time i'm sure Glenn will hold back on pronouncements to the press etc.
Like others i hope for a big tour in Europe and USA. Joe can sell out arenas here in the UK so there's some big bucks to be made.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves though as they are all talking about 2017 so not even in a studio for at least another 10 months. -

A lovely service today and a great eulogy from Glenn.
It was just family and friends and thankfully there were no "fans" there just to see Glenn.
Not much else to say really. RIP Bill Hughes. -

This piece was in the local paper.
I will be escorting Annette Galley to the funeral so feel as though i will represent all fans on this site in paying their respects to Bill. -
