I LOVE THIS SONG... excellent! It has a Nirvana/grunge sound to it and Glenn's vocals here are a bit unusual. Overall the song is a bit unusual for Glenn who was a classic rocker in the wake of grunge in the 90s and now messes a bit with that sound thanks to Andrew watt.
...well, the first song/video should be out by then. So your wish has been granted, right there
And it happened to be launched at March (the first single), people. I believe sometimes in the quote that says be careful for what you wish
OH s**T, I live outside the US. If someone could record and post this thing I'll be so happy.
If someone was able to read Japanese properly, it would have been much funnier reading what was read and reading all of the info provided. Unfortunately not too many people can read Japanese except the Japanese of course.BTW, thanks a zillion for the photos as they are really nice and most importantly,RARE.
I thought Karen and Glenn married....
I think they did. Read Hughes/Thrall interview 1983 and you will know. Glenn said that he was going to break up with his wife. The interview is published here at the forum.
...none that I know
Oh, I forgot to elaborate on my point here, sorry. I mean at the time of its release a lot of fans really didn't like it ! and many of them were upset due to Ritchie's absence. Even now, some purple fans don't consider CTTB a real, proper purple album!, especially for mark 1 or 2 lovers. I mean hush or smoke on the water lovers especially back then more than these days. Thanks a lot David and I hope that I elaborated well on my point.
I listen to come taste the band to death, I like it that much really.
Slaves and masters a good work and soulful vocals from JLT but it has a Rainbow sound in it.
Shades of deep purple: it didn't have it's full reputation as a strong starter for a band.
Come taste the band: a lot of purple fans look at this album with disgrace really.
storm bringer: Ritchie has left after it was released.
BANANAS: a really good record really despite not being a huge fan of purple after 1994.
I missed that piece of news back in April 2013 due to some hard circumstances back then and my logging in here was rare. Ladies and Gentlemen, this power combo of musicians became what we call to day CALIFORNIA BREED, yeah. I wish I would've read this piece of news back then, but, it seems that didn't miss any of the fun despite, ahem, these extremely early leaks. It seems that most of us was still busy with BCC back then and didn't read the signs or between the lines :claphands OMG, Glenn was in his hell's kitchen for a year right now or 10 months cooking this rocky recipe.
Can't wait for May to come or maybe Glenn would change his mind a bit for APRIL.
It's good news that both ends of Big Daddy are in good shape. I hope Gabi went out and got him some baby powder
YEA I second that ....Gabi is in charge of taking care of our Glenn's health
I don't know whether this is the appropriate section in the forum to post this topic or not but anyway I'm sorry if i wrote in the wrong section,
um...Glenn mentioned in his last tweet
Ok puppies:now I can tell you why I fasted: I have just left the hospital from havin' a colonoscopy/endoscopy: test results great, take care
I just wanted to say I wish you well BIG daddy and I hope you are OK and fine and nothing bad happened concerning your health.
I can't deny that when i read that tweet about Glenn having a colonoscopy is a bit worrying but any way I wish you well Big daddy and I hope every thing is fine and OK,
