This is the eternal discussion.David Coverdale has a great feeling and his voice i wonderful.Glenn's voice is different, higher and powerful.I think Glenn's voice is the best voice I've never listened in my life.

I fully agree with words above. To me nobody sings like Glenn.
... and I don't like much comparing two different singers, that has different voice/range abilities. Both of them sings well on their own way, and both of them sound interesting in various types of songs. That's why we have music or not? Could you imagine everybody sing like Glenn ... same voice, same range, same style?

nice pic, look very crazy. Anyway when playing some music in the background thare's mistake at playlist at JJs page, when they say it's keep on moving and actually it's gettin' tighter :-)))

Does anybody have some clue about MFTD tour dates in 2007. I've heard from Anders Olinder (keyboards) that it should start in february in Russia and then most probably south america, but any concrete info ?????

Thanks for any gossips.

Thanks for great website to all the contributors. It's my most favourite website and hopefully Santa will keep in mind how good were people that contributed and bring some special gifts for them.

Merry Xmas

P.S. A soulful christmas CD is loading ....

You're right, it was not due to capacity (maybe I used wrong words to explain). According to tour manager, there was problem with promoter in Croatia, who didn't manage on time, what was agreed with the band, and therefore the band decided to cancel the gig.

But ... german gigs were cancelled due to different reasons, but the tour manager didn't want to explain very deeply, what was the problem.

Yes, but that's why they cancelled gig in Zagreb as well. And I don't think it's always about capacity, in some cases it's also a matter of accomodation and other stuff related to this.

As a tour manager told me after the gig, the band require 3 star hotel of american type in every place they play, simply to make the band feel comfortable.

Hi guys,

It's next day after the Bratislava concert and I still can't believe it's over. It was the most amazing gig I've ever seen. Glenn and the band was just simply incredible. I was a bit dissapointed of only one thing - they didn't play Monkey Man (don't know why).

The night started with the slovak band called FEEL ME - they are playing rock covers of well known movies (e.g. James Bond, Pulp Fiction, Mission Impossible, etc.). For me nothing special, but some people liked it.

After some half an hour break for doing necessary changes on the stage, the sound of Valiant Denial flowed in the air and the band came in and started the perfect show.

The setlist:

Valiant Denial
Orion
Land of the Living
Nights in White Satin
Black Light
Mistreated
In My Blood
Whiter Shade of Pale
Don't Let me Bleed
You Got Soul
Steppin' On
You Keep on Movin'

encore:
Soul Mover
Burn

For me the best highlights was Steppin' on (great drumming, Marc Mondesir is simply great) and Mistreated, even though I expected a great version, it was even better. Pappa was amazing. I've heard some people in the back saying that he's not human :)

The crowd was crazy, Glenn and a band enjoyed it a lot as well. Glenn was talking a lot to the audience and even doing some "singing conversation" when audience repeated some sounds coming out of Pappa's mouth. :singer: Incredible!!!

About 20-30 minutes after the gig, the band came out of the dressing room to a merchandising place and was signing tickets, CDs, T-shirts, anything people brought to them. About 1,5 hour after the gig I was still at the place and had a chance of talking to Jeff Kollman and Anders Olinder, even got their phone number as the band decided to stay one more night in Bratislava before they move to Zagreb. So hopefully I might go out with Pappa to see some city center and have a beer.

If anybody has any pics or videos or recordings or anything from that gig, please, contact me or put it here on this forum.
