Deen is a good drummer. I’ve seen him with Journey. I think his style (technical and solistic) fits better in Journey than the Daisies.
New drummer seems to be Tommy Clufetos, the last Black Sabbath drummer. Tommy was before in the Daisies in 2015. I’ve seen him in Amsterdam with them as a support for Kiss. Tommy fits real good in the Dead Daisies: a good hard hitting rock drummer. Deeno is good, but so is Tommy: let’s rock! Hope to see them in Amsterdam 2022!

Glenn and Doug Aldrich speak with Ted Drozdowski of Premier Guitar magazine about their rigs for the The Dead Daisies USA tour
QuoteWe talked to legends Glenn Hughes, whose bona fides include Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, and Black Country Communion, and Doug Aldrich, of Whitesnake and Dio fame, about the gear they're using to push up The Dead Daisies, who have a new album called "Holy Ground". So, get ready for gold tops, Marshalls, a killer Nash bass, and a couple stacks of Orange-flavored goodness.

The world has gone a little crazy in the last 18 months. Everyday things that we generally take for granted, gone, closed, stopped, literally overnight. Planet Earth hauled on the brakes and we found ourselves at a standstill as we watched time continue to move on. Take a trip with The Dead Daisies on this short film as they tour across the US for the first time in 3 years, which gives a message of hope and inspiration. Where some said ‘Is this where the music died?’ We say ‘I DON’T THINK SO!’. Now, we are slowly making our way back to some kind of reality. We are back on the road to recovery but still have a long journey ahead, more importantly, we know we will get back to that beautiful place we call home again. The difference however, will be that we appreciate it more than we ever thought possible.

A familiar face is returning to The Dead Daisies fold...
QuoteThe Dead Daisies are excited to announce the return of drummer extraordinaire Brian Tichy to the musical collective of Glenn Hughes, Doug Aldrich, and David Lowy…
“Well, what a nice way to start off 2022. I’m excited to get behind the drum kit and do some powerful, groovy rocking with my good friends Doug Aldrich, Glenn Hughes and David Lowy in The Dead Daisies! Looking forward to seeing you all out on tour this year!”- Brian Tichy
Brian first joined The Dead Daisies in 2013 during the US Uproar Tour and has regularly played with the band ever since including highlights in Cuba, in Poland with an immense Orchestra at the Woodstock Festival and performed on the Revolución and Make Some Noise albums. He is also known for playing with Whitesnake, Foreigner, and Ozzy Osbourne amongst others.
“We are thrilled to have Brian return to the Daisies fold. He is an exceptional drummer and it’s great to have him taking command of the engine room. Tommy has decided to step away from The Dead Daisies to pursue his own solo projects. We’re really looking forward to getting into the studio and hitting those global stages in 2022”- David Lowy
