Hello from the New Forest in Hampshire

Hi everyone,
I have liked the music Glenn has made for a long time well since I was a teenager and I was 50 last Tuesday so that's quite a long time!
I never have seen him live but got a great birthday present yesterday a ticket to go see him in Southampton on the 5th of October.Four of us are going and I am really looking forward to it,just hearing some of my favourite Deep Purple songs is going to be great.
I love Trapeze,Mk3 & Mk4 Purple and his work with Black Country Communion is very good.My favourite LP featuring Glenn would have to be Live in London the Mk3 Deep Purple gig from 1974.I'd loved to have seen them live.I saw Purple many times with the Mk2 line up and recently saw Ritchie with the new line up of Rainbow and to hear Burn and Mistreated was great.He can still play that guitar!
Hope to see some of you in October.
