Amazon have downloads but no physical CD available yet.

Are there any other outlets selling it?

just wondering where people in the UK are ordering the cd from?

Amazon want over £17 + £1.99 postage for the deluxe version but it's £14.99 on HMV and £12.38 on WOWHD (used to be cdwow), both including shipping!

I will pay 20,99 Euros incl. postage for the vinyl. Postage to the UK is 5,99 Euros.

Does someone remember the name of the CD store I used to mail order SITKOR etc in Colorado I think? Three letters, N something..
Rather order from them rather than Amazon also.

I have pre-ordered it (CD+DVD) from HMV. Too lazy (and tired after work) to check out WOWHD.

I ordered the deluxe version from WowHD. It shipped yesterday so hopefully I will have it by Friday.

Ordered deluxe from WowHD too and they've emailed to say shipped yesterday so should have it soon
