Glenn has always talked so highly and lovingly about his parents, it made me smile and warmed my heart.

Your Dad is in a good place now, Glenn. He will always watch over you.

Bill loved music from the word go. He couldn’t play but he could sing. He loved music that’s all I can say. He was always wanting to go to see Glenn whenever he was near to us. We saw him together many, many times. I went to see him when he was last in Dudley in November.

My condolences to Glenn and all his family I'm sure Bill is in a good place now. May he rest in peace.

This piece was in the local paper.

I will be escorting Annette Galley to the funeral so feel as though i will represent all fans on this site in paying their respects to Bill.

A lovely service today and a great eulogy from Glenn.

It was just family and friends and thankfully there were no "fans" there just to see Glenn.

Not much else to say really. RIP Bill Hughes.
