  • David, the Ramshead always has 'meet & greets' but they don't usually cost 'extra'..... I guess this new 'trend' (VIP packages) will be the 'end' of the 'free' meet & greet...... :(

    I guess you're right.

A long time ago I was at a Glenn Hughes concert and he and JJ Marsh came out to the bar to say hi, sign stuff and pose for a picture.
But that changed over the years (although I've been backstage, thanks to my son). Last times he took the backdoor, right away in a car and waving from behind the window.

Know people who bought the VIP package. I went with my wife and son, so it was much too expensive to buy those tickets. If I would've gone alone than maybe I would have bought one.http://www.glennhughes.com//ww…com/pin/create/extension/

  • I recently went to see Paul Rodgers and it was the same thing....VIP ticket package for $250.00! These were for the first 5 rows....and everything beyond that went for $65.00. I took my brother-in-law with me so the VIP package was out of the question! $65.00 was alright with me! This concert was put on by PRS Guitars and included a 'guitar auction' all for the John Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Foundation....if I had gone 'solo'...I would have opted for the VIP package!

  • Meeting Glenn Hughes in 1998 - Houston Texas - Tommy Bolin tribute is in my memory as one of the greatest experiences ever. Have been a fan since 1974 and had to work my way backwards through the masterpieces. You Are The Music found me in 1974 and it created a whole new LOVE for Music!
