This i sgreat news indeed. I hope they are not rushing to record another album with the success of Now What!? in mind. They risk to be in the hurry and make a dull album. Glenn twitted that he wrote 3 new songs yesterday...California Breed 2 is on the way right now!

I went to two DP shows in August in Costa Mesa and Saratoga. Ian Gillan was spot on both nights and the first night he was on his third night in a row. He's not on Glenn's level but he sounded great and I saw nothing embarrassing.

I have already bought tickets for two shows this year and maybe even a third one will come along.
I've said before the last three tours "this will be the last one".

But it would be an appropriate title. The band was and is glorious and they had enough chaos as far as the line-ups are concerned.

DP are in the studio "somewhere in Germany" right now. Hoping for a great new DP and Ezrin co-production, with epic songs with long instrumental solo's

There have been, according to recent news, two writing sessions. No completed songs yet, but lot's of music. The album is postponed till early 2016. Glorious Chaos

Roger Glover posted last week on his website about the new Purple album. The music is recorded in Nashville. They recorded 13 songs. The lyrics and vocals will be recorded in april

Last week I asked Don before the show in Leiden about the new Purple album. He laughed and said "that's top secret, I'm not supposed to talk about it". Later after the show he told another fan that the new Deep Purple album probably comes out in august
