New Band... soon

Wow...I nearly gave up hope for a new band and now I'm pretty excited about the "unexpected" member(s) beside Jason and maybe Watts
And yes, if this turns out to be as good as BCC I really hope it will last much longer! And I also wouldn't mind some more funk & soul, even though I can always feel some soul in Glen's singing...

So they are rehearsing next week in Hollywood. I hope we will next week (=soon) hear who are in this band-project. Or do we have to wait till december or even later????(=not so soon).

Jimmy Page is only making money through the old Led Zep stuff (like recently the O2 show: Celebration Day). So I think he is not available. John Paul Jones has a major project now: he is writing a opera. He is also not available.
Jason will be in the band, I hope.

i'm kinda hoping the "unexpected" is a double cd as follows

cd 1 - all new tracks in the style of Trapeze
cd 2 - reworkings of classic Trapeze tracks including from the albums not featuring Glenn.

Paul, when Glenn posted his 'Ask Me A Question' thread.....I asked if he would ever consider 'dropping his vocals' into the Hot Wire album tracks as a 'tribute to Mel'.......alas......I never received any response.......:(

Looking forward to hearing the new band A modern version of the track "Nothing for Nothing" would be a treat.
