Glenn is visiting with Jason Bonham over in Florida this week, sounds like work is in the works well, in between some shenanigans

Hughes and Bonham

HBW - a new 3-piece-set like Trapeze?
Nice to see them so happy together, writing and playing -
can't wait more news...

A dream rhythm section if there ever was one -
Hi,
is this work for solo album or the newest project? I suppose this is not the "IT"?
T
aijoo. funny how BCC is now in two camps - Derek touring with Joe and Glenn recording with Jason.... -
Jason is one of the best ever, for sure. A son of a legend who is becoming a legend himself, more and more. And now get Derek on board and call it BCR: Black Country Reunion!
-
this is a writing partnership that I really wanna hear from

Joe who?
I personally prefer the Hughes/Bonham combination! -
A three piece (keyboard-bass-drums) would be cool

wow! my bad! I guess the split of BCC down the middle is nothing to do with this topic...... -

I was jesting
But yeah, it's out with the old and in with new
-
I can't wait to hear what they are doing!

As a fan, I would be more than happy with HBW, but if the Purple stuff is in the set they need the keys too. Stating the obvious I know but hey it's fun to speculate.
-
I'm not sure if I want to hear Mistreated ever again....
T -
I think Glenn has done 'Mistreated' to death. What about putting 'Pheonix Rising' & 'Kiss Of Fire' back in the set.'Haunted' or 'Still The Night' 'Fools Condition' would be great to hear live.
Seeing Glenn Performing 'Play Me Out' Live onstage in its entirety that would be a dream come true! -
Or this new 3 piece performing the 3 piece Trapeze songs live!!
-
...mmm, this bodes well! It's always been about the power trio for me, ever since the likes of Cream, Budgie, Trapeze, Kings X and latterly Winery Dogs and Pinnick Gale & Pridgen. There's nowhere to hide in a three piece. You gotta step up to the plate.
BRING IT ON!
