While both Automatic Man LPs are widely available (they have been reissued on CD by Lemon Records in the UK - check this thread HERE ;)), there is one track that has only ever been available in limited form.
My Pearl from the first album was issued as a single in Europe with a song called Wallflower on the B-Side that was not available on the album.
I guess it was omitted simply due to time reasons - remember that was vinyl, 40 to 45 mins. maximum back in the day.
It wouldn't have been a standout track on the album, nevertheless it features some prominent guitar playing by Mr. Thrall - note the feedback and sustained notes: nice!
And since it is rare, out of print, not officially available anywhere, and we have quite a few P.T. enthusiasts here, here it is for your listening pleasure!
Enjoy!
Cheers, Christian

What a find! As if the first album wasn't rare enough, here is something even more obscure! Sounds great. I"m currently playing a few songs from Automatic Man in my acoustic set, and it's great to hear a new gem from those sessions. Thanks!

You made my day -
