a few observations
Glenn does well to come 25 as firstly he was never the lead singer of DP, then of course we had the wilderness years, then we had the rebirth with a style of music that is only part rock.
I think Glenn has the greatest voice, but maybe not for this type of poll.
How Plant is at number 1 i have no idea. Good singer in a good band.
How Ronnie Dio isn't in the top 3, if not at number 1, beggars belief.
More of a band [or singer] popularity vote than a true comment on vocal abilities.
