  • Whoo hoo! :D bring those UK dates on

i was dreading you saying the UK was first and i would miss them as we are away the end of April.

Northampton Roadmender is on the dates i hope David

and somewhere other than JBs! :D the Tamworth Palace is worth a go - trust me!

    Is this the "F.U.N." tour?

  • YEEEESSSS !!!! Well, I would say Milan (Jerome has to plan a business trip there in may  ) and Verviers for sure + some of these UK dates. Of course I would have liked a date or two in France but I'm more than happy with these ones.
Thank you David, you made my day

PS: Is the London charity gig confirmed ?

  • This should give Glenn and band plenty of time to prepare for dates in the USA late Summer after the UK :D

    Frank:div27:
"if only we'd turn around and notice the door to the cell is open"

  • I think it's just not fair. England should have nothing to look out for this summer since they did not qualify for the European Championship Football. And now they actually *do* have something to look out for... Glenn Hughes! ;)

Vocalist/bass guitarist/songwriter Glenn Hughes is a true original. No other rock musician has carved such a distinctive style, blending the finest elements of hard rock, soul and funk. That astonishing voice is Hughes' calling card. He's known as a singer's singer. In fact, Stevie Wonder once called Hughes his favourite white singer. The KLF famously dubbed him 'The Voice of Rock' after Glenn provided the incredible vocals for their international mega hit 'What Time is Love', and since then, the name has stuck, and few - if any - would refute it.

Finding enormous international fame with Deep Purple in the 70's, and with a successful and critically acclaimed solo career since the early 90's, Glenn's recent albums have featured his musical brother-in arms Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Peppers on drums. Glenn’s new album ‘FIRST UNDERGROUND NUCLEAR KITCHEN’ - due for release in May 2008 - again features Chad Smith on drums, and was produced by Glenn and engineered by Grammy award winning Jim Scott (Audioslave, Dixie Chicks) and promises to be the finest yet in a long and distinguished career.
