After the successful start to Mel Galley's myspace page - I thought a Trapeze page would be a good idea
David agreed and we contacted Glenn and Mel respectively.
It's actually been online since December 17th but only now is it getting close to being how i want it. Still things to do and tweaks here and there needed but i wanted to let you all know to coincide with the news about Mel being on this months chat
www.myspace.com/trapezeonline
This page is fully backed by both Glenn and Mel, and David has been kind enough to let me use some of his gallery pics.
Mel's son has promised to dig out some rare photos and Glenn is going to see if he can find some stuff too.
Inma, Achim, Pete and Chris have already found it along with 70 others. 700 plays from 400 views so most people are playing two tracks
I'll keep you all posted on any updates etc.
So check out www.myspace.com/trapezeonline

Was interesting that the Shepard's Bush show is listed on the Trapeze site...Am I reading into things or do I need plane tickets??
-
Frank, sadly no, its not a Trapeze show.
If you clicked on the show it gives full details and tells you its a GH solo show.
I have altered it now so that you see that on the front profile.
Glenn's solo show dates will appear on it as and when they are confirmed. -
Hi Wolfy
Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed reading your 'creation' !
Wow,what a history (sadly too short!) & what great music!
All the best with it.
Cheers

Paul,
The Trapeze site is fantastic - what a great job you've all done to put this together!
Looks like you won't have to beat Mel Galley with a stick for too much longer,
to convince him how much his music has "touched our life."
And now every cardboard box, and nook and crannie of the Galley residence
will be searched: FOR STUFF FOR THE SITE!
HOORAY!
Grace -
You'll be able to tell him yourself in little over week Grace
Just dont forget its a couple of hours earlier than normal -
Hey Paul,
I am sure I speak for everyone here when I say THANK YOU!!for all your hard work in getting these sites up and running. I am pleased that Mel is bowled over by the response he has gotten and that people remember him and enjoy his music. It is about time he got his due.....
Have a pint for me!! -

The Trapeze Myspace page will be a year old on 17th December.
2000 friends, 18000 views and 17000 plays - thanks for your support over the last 12 months.
Stand by for the launch of the NEW Trapeze page this coming weekend. -
Ok, the cat's out of the bag!
Take a look at the Trapeze page for the latest news! -
Looks awesome, Wolfy!! Roger and I have sent our requests
-
Yes Mr. Smith, the cat is way out of the bag. request sent Wednesday awaiting acceptance on Saturday. Sounds like Mel has some treats for us all. Thanks for all the work you do on the Trapeze/Mel Galley projects.
-
I took a look at the new site and am psyched....here's hoping that Mel and Wolfy don't have to butt heads with the buttheads at My Space over copyright issues. Sounds like the inmates are running the asylum at times!
Great new pics too....glad that all the missing pieces and stories will get filled in! It is a story that has gone untold for too long! -
Actually - Medusa is the only album that seems to be blocked.
i'll just have to add live versions of those songs. -
Good site, thanks for the information
