there are 5 pairs of tix available to see Chad and the boys recording a "special" for the BBC on April 15th. -
Last night Jonathan Ross said that Glenn's drummer - you know the one - will be appearing with his other band on his next show on BBC1 April 14th.
Presumably doing their new single. -
Good, I love the Red Hot Chili Peppers and I own two of their albums "Californication" and their greatest hits album. They sound really funky and Glenn Hughes have chosen the right musicians for his records. I'm looking forward to seeing it.

No wonder they picked that night to be on his show, Carmen Electra, is also a guest
As you say, hopefully he'll have a chance to talk about the other great band he's in -
I hope they wear some of the costumes as in their new video - especially like the funky 70's and early 80's gear - sooo funny! Must have taken nearly a week to make that video, what with all the costume changes
You can watch the full thing here:

Great video. They do a better Crue than Crue
-
Elvis and the Beatles in grainy black and white.
Elton's eyeglasses and Cobain with candles.
Can it be 50 years of music (1956-2006) in one video?
Love it!!!!!
And the song ain't too shabby none either

Chad's sporting a new hair-do too -
Here's RHCP performing Dani California live on the Jonathan Ross Show last night in the UK
-
Thanks for that.
John Frusciante is impressing me day by day, will have to checkout some of his solo albums. Anyone got a recommendation which one to try first? -
Here's one last clip from RHCP performing live in London this past weekend - outside at the BBC Television Centre for their weekly pop show, Top Of The Pops.....featured is the song By The Way.
Chad gets featured on some great live shots....man, he's a maniac on his drums
John Frusciante let's loose too -
Here's Tommy....err, I mean "rock'n'roll party dude" Chad :p
-
You know, David, most people would love to be "Rock Stars."
So why do I keep thinking?
Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis.
Bud Abbott and Lou Costello.
Glenn Hughes and Chad Smith.
SOMEBODY (2 people, actually)
could be a great comedy act together.
(They probably are......already.)
