  • See, people? Good idea to wait until David had '110% confirmation' before booking your tickets, otherwise some of us would have gone to Dudley and Bradford on the wrong nights completely!

Looks like friends and family will get nothing for Christmas, but I'm sure they'll understand when I tell them I spent it all on Glenn!

I feel a few of these coming on again ...

  • Hi all! Bin a long time - again. Hope you's all well - I am!!!

Great news! Probably Northampton for me now I'm in Oxford. Depending on money, may arrange to be oop north fer Bradford.

And of course if me ship comes in, London & Dudley're not too far away.... Oh, and Notts!

Soooo glad he's doing Edinburgh for our Scottish
contingent, tho of course Scotland's so big it's still a bit of a trek for many up there!

    love to all

    TC

  • Looking forward to December
I think I'll give the greasy bacon at the hotel a miss tho Pete
Hope to see some familiar faces at Rios

  • The support slot for all dates on the tour goes to LunarMile who feature Tony Iommi's daughter and lead vocalist, Toni-Marie.

LunarMile are an up and coming band with debts to Pink Floyd, Whitesnake, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles to Queen, No Doubt and Muse. Based in the Midlands, the band met and formed at Stratford-Upon-Avon College, where they began writing and playing together.

  • Remember, I promised to come over to the UK on Glenn's next Tour?
Well, in order to do so this time, I would have to quit my job - December is the most busy time you can imagine, so it's impossible to take a couple of days off!
    So - maybe next time!
    Christian

  • I see you work in books Chris. Writing? Printing? Distribution?

Sorry anyhow that you won't get to the UK this time around.

  • That is correct....whenever he plays the "Mean Fiddler", I always wonder why they ever put Glenn in the pit called the LA II - you know this time, the entire tour is going to sell out real quick, I don't think the JB's and the Rio's etc of the world are going to know what hit them this time around

    Bring it on

    Hi Shirl,
none of the three - I work in a (large!) bookstore, where I'm responsible for quite a lot of sections/departments, eg foreign language literature, Crime Novels, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, Music Books, Film books etc. Too many to mention, actually. Buying, back-ordering, selling - all day. 9-10 hours. Very busy.
I do have time for other things though...
Still - going on a trip (even a short one) in december is impossible. So maybe next time!
    Later,
    Christian

  • ... and me. Catch up with you both then.
