Chris Catena's Freak Out Tonight single

  • Ciao!
my Chris Catena single arrived finally...and surprise was big when I noticed that there were a couple of names listed in cd booklet that I know - did you folks know that our Roberto Cosentino is a rock star? He sings on that CD!
I mean singing - I wish I could sing - with Mr. Funk God Glenn Hughes must be something - Roberto do you mind telling us what was it like?

    Br,

  • Tero - Roberto also sang a chorus with Glenn in Genova (or was it Roma?) in May last year - for the life of me I can't remember which song. He's also on Uriah Heep's 'Magician's Birthday' DVD - he gets about, doesn't he?

'You thought that you could take me for granted, but I couldn't take it no more. Better run if you see me coming ... '

  • ehi ehi...
    i am not a singer.
i just did it for fun.
i never sang with glenn hughes in the same studio. i am no able to do it.
just chris asked to make something for fun.
and believe me....i did chorus on five tracks, with other people.
but at the end of that day my voice was on the cellar. too much difficult to sing.
i think the voice is the most difficult instrument to play.
anyway...i got great time with the guys.
    but just for fun.
glenn sang just in one song.

shirl, i was not that roberto you saw on the video.
i was behind the scene in genova.
    that's roberto tiranti aka tyrant.
he's a singer of labyrint italian band.
also he sang in ten commandments theatre version.

  • Sorry Roberto - the other Roberto looks so much like you! And yes, I did see you behind the scenes looking after everyone.

See, you could have got away with it and we would have all thought that you HAD shared a stage with Glenn. You're on the inside cover of a sleeve alongside Glenn's name ...

Labyrinth - didn't you once put a link on here a long time ago about the band, though I can't remember why.
